We believe that in order for Paperwhite Creations to be an integral and thriving business, the following principles must be adhered to:

• Make good quality products with care, attention and dedication.  If we wouldn’t use the product, we won’t sell it.

• Honesty is essential in every aspect of business, whether it be customer relations, product pricing, creation and description of products, or in business relationships.

• Do all things in a manner that builds trust within business relationships.

• The best interests of the customers are always considered in decision making processes.

• Timeliness is needed in the distribution and production of products, in response to customer inquiries, and in all relations with individuals or companies.

• Consider the impact a product has on the customer, the environment, and the business.

  • Make the cosmetic and consumable products as natural and with as few ingredients as possible.

  • Reduce the amount of waste by getting the most out of the supplies, reusing materials for other projects, and recycling as often as possible.

  • Use materials in the most cost effective way, and produce products in the most time efficient way.
